Babur Memorial Park
Park of Culture and Leisure named after Z.M. Babur of the city of Namangan was founded in 1884, until 1990 it was called the park of culture and recreation named after Pushkin. After the visit of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan to Namangan and the adopted Decree PP-1170 of 2009, the park was included in the state program.
It is located in the central part of the city, covers an area of more than 13 hectares. You can get there by public transport from almost all central streets. The Namangan Historical Museum operates here. This park is also famous for hosting a flower festival every year.
